Russell was the sales associate I worked with and he is great! I started to deal with Russell over the phone, when I called about an ottoman, I had seen online. He did research on the item and called back with a response in a short period of time. When I arrived at the store he showed me the same attention and was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the item. He also worked with my elderly parents regarding a massage chair. I was impressed with how much time he took with them and how patient he was when explaining the features. The store is staffed with friendly and professional sales associates, is well organized, clean and has a large variety of furniture. We would highly recommend both Russell and Fashion Furniture.

Anthony was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I wanted a specific manufacturer for the furniture I was buying. He knew were the catalog was to show me the entire line of pieces available and where some of them were located throughout the store. He walked me through the entire process and set me up for delivery. I am so satisfied with his service ability, I will be back to purchase additional items from him like a sofa and tv console.

My husband and I recently bought a mattress from The Sleep Retreat, which is the name Fashion Furniture gave its mattress store right next to their main store. The customer service is very professional and first rate. They were very knowledgeable and patient as my husband and I tried out the entire inventory. They did not follow us around the store hovering over us. They allowed us space to try each one and were there promptly once we had questions. They carry quality, high end inventory, but we found their prices better than other stores carrying the same product. We ended up buying an Air loom Luxury Latex bed named "Copenhagen”. These mattresses are not cheap, but in this case, you do get what you pay for. Top rate quality of both workmanship and materials. With a 20 year warranty, 10 years non-prorated, you can't go wrong. This is an awesome bed!!! So comfy with perfect support. Could not be happier.
