Colonia Del Sol Apartments

The manager, Sue, is a crook. She claims that Colonia Del Sol is a good quiet community and that there is no real criminal element. In fact she swears that this is true. This may be true during the daylight hours, but at night it is a completely different story. People using drugs in the laundry room, personal property being stolen or vandalized, loud and obnoxious neighbors, and there is a strong chance that you will meet some of the local drunks. This is suppose to be a gated community, but the gate is open 24 hours a day so all types of people can just walk in. Other residents complain of household problems not being fixed. These problems have a range from leaking pipes to roach infestation. And if these issues are taken care of, it usually happens after about a months wait. And don't worry about scheduling for the work to be done. They will let themselves in regardless of whether you are home or not, even without a prior notice informing you that work is going to be done. If you value your sanity and privacy avoid this place at all costs. You will regret it if don't.
