Christians Mattress Xpress

we purchased a tempurpedic mattress from christian's. upon buying they gave us 2 FREE* tempurpedic pillows, which we did not want. the salesperson did not explain the return process to us, so when we decided that we did not like the tempurpedic and wanted to exchange it for something else, they were going to charge us $400 for a restocking fee! plus $200 for the tempurpedic pillows they pushed on us! because they would not refund ANY of our money, we had to buy a $4000 mattress (equal value of the tempurpedic)...do not get sucked into their sales gimmicks! this is horrible customer service, nevermind bad business practices...very disappointing.
