Dr. Kahn and the entire staff are wonderful and very caring. I have been taking all of my animals there for probably 20 years. They are highly professional and I trust them completely.

I couldn't ask for a better place to take my pet. These folks truly love animals and want to help in any way possible. They have never been rood, and as far as not taking new patients, that happens unfortunately when you have a great establishment. I have never been turned away and either has anyone else I have referred. These People are sweethearts!

We have been going to Dr. Kahn for at least twenty years. Starting with our horses, then dogs, cats and bird. The staff is caring and understanding. My daughter's cat was very ill. We ended up having him put to sleep but while he was in the hospital they would let my daughter stay with him as they had never part. When we made the decision we stayed for as long as we wanted...... it was the same with my old cat and dog... never rushing us or trying to hurry us. We got cards from the vets and staff. I will never go to anyone else.

I called this office on a Frid...

I called this office on a Friday at 9:30 a.m. and requested an appointment. I had been there twice with another animal in 2007. I was given a 3:00 p.m. appointment that day. The doctor was very kind and interested in my dog. We discussed a treatment plan within my budget. I am 100% satisfied with the staff and look foward to the care my animal will recieve at All Creatures. Thank-you!!!

Horrible place on 2 accounts!!...

Horrible place on 2 accounts!!! They wouldn't see my pet again after 5 years ago. When I went then the *customers and the employees* were rude, yeah beleive it at a Veterinarian, very wrong, totally unacceptable. Anyway don't call them if you expect kindness and a return welcome if you were there before.

I am so sorry you had a negative experience. I wish we could have done more to meet your expectations. If a client has not been in for a visit within three years, we need to assume that they must be getting veterinary care elsewhere, since most pets need yearly physicals and vaccinations at least every three years. At that point, we consider the client inactive and accept new clients in their place. I am especially saddened to think that both our employees and clients were rude to you. I can't imagine what the context was, but again, I am truly sorry.

My wife and I have been going ...

My wife and I have been going to All Creatures forever. They are the best! They do not overcharge for RX and they really do care. Our dog got hit by a car on a holiday weekend and they rushed into the office late at night to help our little girl. She did not make it but they were great through the whole ordeal. We have / had several special needs dogs and have been or currently under their care. We would drive from Hanford just to have them take care of our kids!




NO STARS!!! ABSOLUTELY, HORRIBLY RUDE!!! I was told by my cat sitter, their senior vet tech, that as SOP, they ALWAYS tell people they are NOT taking new patients!!! Guess their business is booming in these hard times and they do not need new clients. HOWEVER, I was also told by my cat sitter that if I told them I was referred by someone in-house, that they would take me. Then, I was put on hold 3 times and then hung up on!!!

What a DISAPPOINTMENT. Saw really good ratings on here and decided to bring my cat to get checked out and for regular shots. I can understand that you are not accepting new patients BUT you DO NOT HAVE TO BE RUDE about it. Staff are RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I don't like to say anything bad about anybody but people deserve to know the kind of treatment they will get. Karma bites...

Pretty disappointed to learn that they are not taking new clients. They flat out turned me away after putting me on Hold.

One of the most difficult decisions we have had to make at All Creatures has been to limit the size of our practice. We have been fortunate enough to have wonderful clients who have built our practice through word of mouth, and because of that, we are completely booked on a daily basis. Unfortunately, our vets are able to see only so many patients in a day and still deliver the quality of care we believe our patients deserve. Early on we realized that if we did not limit the growth of our practice, we would need to send our existing patients to other clinics for urgent care. That just didn't seem right to us: taking on new clients while ignoring the ones who had helped build our practice. We are always trying to "grow" our practice so that we can accept new patients. We have been very fortunate to add another veterinarian to our staff just this month and are currently taking new clients on a limited basis. We appreciate the support of the community around us and humbly ask people's patience as we strive to provide the same quality of care that we would expect for our own pets (of which there are many!)

I was recommended by a friend ...

I was recommended by a friend to this place. I was looking around with low hopes of being happy, since I left my vets due to constant dissatisfaciton. I have been a fur mom for a long time and this place gives me hope that there are still amazing Vets out there I have had a few in the past, but here the entire staff is loving and the Doctor's are knowledgeable and caring beyond belief. Their are lots of Vet offices that have staff that are not the most pleasant or competent or Doctors who dont really have a clue other than what the text book taught them. I have to say this place is well rounded and unique. They also sell Solid Gold...Yay....Holisitc...I was so impressed. Finally a Vet who knows nutrition.

I know where I will be taking my fur kids from now on. This is a place I actaully want to go. Highly recommend. If you have pets, this is the place.

Also, am I the only one with V.P.I pet insurance? While I am at it go to V.P.I "veterinary Pet Insurance. com and get it. I have saved a lot of money on this. You pay up front at they reimberse you for what your plan covers and it is great. BUt, I dont recommend getting the dental plan, I have the major medical 100 and they just payed for my dogs teeth cleaning and I dont have dental on it. I think you spend more on insurance paying the dental unless you actually really need it. But most people dont. The trick is not to overspend or underspend on insurance

All Creatures loves your pets as much as you!

Dr. Kahn was so helpful and honest. My dog has a partially torn ligament in her knee and instead of pushing an expensive surgery on me, they checked her out and gave me some steps to take to see if she'll improve on her own first. I was lied to by another vet as far as the severity and cost and it was a blessing to go somewhere that cares about my pets health and future as much as i do. If you don't believe me, take your pets by and see for yourself
