        OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

        From the minute I called Rich's office 10 years ago I immediately felt comfortable with him and through the years I have discovered that he truly is here for his policyholders, no matter what time of day he is always there, no matter how silly the question he is always there, the jingle is true... Like a good neighbor "Rich Castro" is there... I highly recommend this office to anyone interested in the greatest customer service for insurance in the bay area.
