Dr. Bhupinder N Bhandari, MD

Dr Bhandari gets a zero star. He is highly unprofessional. I was scheduled a colonoscopy this morning. I prepared for this procedure yesterday. Drank 4 liter of unpleasant medicine, stayed Hungary and went for the procedure. They told me that the doctor is out of the country. No one from his office called to cancel my appointment. Lady in the office said, I am sorry. Would you like to reschedule. Seriously!!! These people have no value of the patient's time, money and above all pain and suffering! One of Dr. bhandari's friend recommended him to me. I have a great insurance. No one should go this doctor. Looks like one star is built in. No star from me.

If you have medi-cal or some other type of insurance that doesn't give you many options, then let me say this place is the best you're gonna get. I haven't dealt with all the doctors here, only Dr. Khan and he is an excellent doctor, has helped me out alot. However, the offices, both Hayward and Fremont locations are not the most modern, clean, or comfy. Some of the staff are really nice but most of them are super un-professional and even some that answer the phones are complete idiots. That is, WHEN they answer the phone which is very inconsistent and no answering service or machine either. It just rings and rings. Overall, if it weren't for Dr. Khan or my insurance, I definitely would not come back or recommend to a friend. They need to make their offices and staff more professional and welcoming.
