New Construction
Demolition
Bjork Construction Company completed this Design/Build project for a failing retaining wall. This project consisted of full engineering, securing permits, and the demolition & installation of steel piles with wood slates and culvert. Special equipment was shipped in from Spain and Bjork Construction worked closely with the client and a subcontractor due to limited access during this project.

Bjork Construction installed this outdoor entertainment area at an existing office building. This project provided an outdoor space for employees and included the addition of fencing and the cladding of a bocce ball court. Bjork Construction worked 12 hour days and weekends to ensure that this project was completed in time for the grand opening party.
Retaining Walls

Decks
Bjork Construction constructed a timber building. All members were dropped into the courtyard via crane and set. Timbers were interlocked with knife plates. Each knife plate was custom designed through Bjork shop drawings. This project also included 8 decks and 6 trellises throughout the tech campus.

Bjork Construction worked well with the GC on this Large tenant improvement project which included seismic upgrades & exterior siding.
