This is my first time coming here and heard the receptionist is a nasty person, I figured I'd give it try. I haven't even made it to the chair to get my nails and she couldn't be anymore uninviting. TERRIBLE business ethic. If I didn't have somewhere to be soon, I'd walk out. Would not reccomend.

I've gone there a couple of times to different people to get a gel manicure. A month ago I wanted to try black nail polish on my nails,I liked them. Today I told the woman I wanted to do black again. when I got out of the car in the sunlight I could see they weren't black. When I compared it to anything black I could see it wasn't pure black like the last time. Being annoyed I called back the place and calmly told the lady that the woman who did my nails put the wrong color on . She spoke to me very nicely and said okay come. I go in there and these 2 ladys are saying no no its black. I said inside it looks black but in the sunlight its not pure black. they were very dismissive and acted very rude to me. I didn't yell I was respectful and talked calmly. Then the lady who did my nails was yelling at who I assume is the manager because she must of been annoyed I complained. When I realized that they weren't going to do anything for me I said okay thank you and walked out.
Don't care about their loyal customersMy daughters & I have been going there for awhile now. Last month after having to go back 3xs due to gel peeling off my nails same day I had them done, Kim fixed them & never said a word??? Next time I went in to get gel again I said Kim why did they keep peeling she then says oh that gels always peels "it's no good"!!!! Really u think u would have told me that after the 2nd or 3rd time!!!! Why would they use gel that is KNOWN BY THEM TO PERL OFF!! Then my daughters wanted a design on all her nails with an extra design on only 2 ring fingers, Kim did design on all then told her she was too busy to do the extra design on 2!!! She was paying for it but Kim had no time, never heard of only giving a customer what u " had time to do"! This after I tipped her $20 for Christmas which she barely mumbled I think thank you??? Not sure with her being so miserable & unfriendly!!! Sorry Tony u lose my business kinda a bad move considering i have myself & 3 daughters who will not be using your salon anymore. Funny thing is I don't think he even cares. Kim is the worse stay away!
GET RID OF KIM! she's rude, tries to be the first one done always, leaving the job done half assed. She doesn't review her work nor do her work as needed for her customer. I have gel nails & they're lifting off 2 days after getting them done becuase she barley put gel on the sides of my nail. One broke so I went to her to get it fixed and she didn't fix it properly at all. Mind you, I've been getting gel & acrylic nails for 4 years. She's horrible & she needs to be fired
Been a customer since opening!Friendly Service, great pricesWouldnt think of going anywhere else
Be careful what you are charged. They charged my card an extra $15 without my authorization and when I questioned it they came up with bogus excuses and placed the blame on the girl who provided my services. I will not step foot in there or refer this salon. Unprofessional and unacceptable.
The workers are very nasty and they do an ok job at best. I would go somewhere else because they completely ruined the expierencce.
This is the best place in town. Reasonably priced and courteous staff. Ask for Tony; don't go to Kim.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. All I can say is do NOT get your nails done here if you do acrylics, gels, or anything besides a basic manicure. I brought my mother here for an early mother's day present, and all I can say was I'm thoroughly disappointed. I'll start with the very few positives: they were able to accommodate me and my mother as soon as we got there, and the pedicures were nice, albeit very rushed once the technicians notices a line forming at the door. My mother enjoyed her basic manicure. I had asked for an acrylic fill, with regular nail-polish in the fashion of a french manicure, with a clear gel top coat. Because I had 3 broken nails I was charged an extra $15 right off the bat ($5 for each nail). Th gel topcoat would be an extra $5. I was told my total would be $55. First of all, even with the broken nails, I have NEVER in my life paid more than $35 for this service, even at the best salons. I knew right away this was going to be a rip-off, but I didn't say anything because it was a special occasion and we wanted to enjoy ourselves. That didn't happen. It started with my nail technician, LYNN-- the WORST technician-- asking me, "You like having ugly nails?" I thought I misheard her. I asked her to come again, she repeated herself, and then I repeated it back to her, so there was no miscommunication. I said, "Of course I don't like ugly nails, why would you ask me that?" To which Lynn replied, "You shouldn't get this, you should get ..." naming some other more expensive product. However, I had already paid for mine and my mothers services. I asked her to stick with the acrylic nails and gel top coat. Lynn was extremely rough when filing, and two of my nails started bleeding. After the painful manicure was done and it was time for color, I noticed Lynn starting to paint my nail with gel COLOR, which I had not asked for. What's more, she put the pink at the tip of my nail and was about to put the white on the whole nail-- the OPPOSITE of a french manicure. I said that was not what I asked for, to please do a traditional french with the white at the tip. Lynn said I HAD asked her to do it that way, and if I wanted it done the other way, it would be another $10. Really? $10 to reverse the colors? At this point I was frustrated, and so was my mother because Lynn was taking so long. I said "Do me a favor, just do the whole nail pink please." Lynn said, "Okay, then that's only $50." Great, I thought, at least I saved $5 on this ridiculously overpriced manicure. Finally when Lynn was finished, I asked her to tell the front desk to refund my $5 since I changed my service and overpaid, and once Lynn found out that I had already paid, she decided that "No, the total is $55," simply because they didn't want to deal with refunding me. Despite all of this aggravation, being insulted, my nails being sloppily painted and cut too short and rounded instead of square like I asked for, I still left her a tip. I was so upset when I left I was almost in tears-- not only was the manicure overpriced, but it came out ugly and what was supposed to be a fun mother's day experience turned out to be stressful and upsetting. I will NEVER go back here again and either will my mother.
This place is awful. Online, it claims that a gel manicure is $10, but really, it is $25. The lady i had was rude, and she did an awful job. Not only did she not push back my cuticles, but when she was applying the gel color, she missed my sides, and got the color all over my fingers. The UV lights weren't work properly, so I was forced to move several times. My finished product looks like a little kid did it. The dark purple color had chips (after 3 hours), missing spots, uneven coloring, and you can see the brush strokes. Not only does my gel manicure look badly, but it doesn't even look like a gel manicure. This was a waste of $25, not to mention I still had to tip $5 dollars. I will be writing the owners a complaint of bad service and false adverting. Please save yourself the disappointment and money, and do not go here.
