Signature Nails

I have been a customer of signature nails for many years. Joe is my technician & and my nails look consistently beautiful. With the onset of Covid I had a little trepidation going to the nail salon, but Joe & Tammy have made their nail salon feel very safe. It is clean, and they are two of the nicest people I have ever met. I can recommend this salon highly.

I have been going to Signature Nails for a while, mostly for the convenience, 2 weeks ago the owner called me to ask of i could come in 30 minutes later to accommodate another client without hesitation i said yes. Today i had a10:30 appt but do to the weather my children had a delayed opening. I pulled into the salons parking center 9 minutes late. As i pulled in my phone rang, it was Carol the receptionist telling me they were booked solid and could not accommodate me even after i reminded them that i was more then happy to help them when needed. Needless to say that is not how you treat a loyal customer and i will never again use them or recommend them.
