Association Advisors

Several months double payments have been taken out of my checking account. I thought it was settled and the Association sent me a check for the past double billing payments. Today 2/12/2018, again Association Advisors took out two separate payments of $260.38. That is a total of $520.76. I am going to bounce a check due to your errors. Please rectify and put back $260.38 immediately.

In all my life, in any area of business I have ever been involved in, I have never seen such incompetence, underhandedness, mismanagement and outright rude people all grouped together under one banner.
They don't have the courtesy to return phone calls or emails.
Their business model is to ignore you for long enough until you either give up or just move.

Association Advisors is a completely disorganized company. They managed our complex in Matawan for four years and our bills were consistently paid late causing us to incur fines and penalties. Our property actually went into tax sale at times with a tax sale certificate issued. We had an overwhelming problem with the DCA because they responded too late and with too little getting completed. The DCA has fined and issued penalties. The list of problems we had with them is so long all I can say at this time is that they are gone and were replaced with a much more responsible organization.

What a great company. They have transformed my current association from a failing association to a sought after community.

Any time I have a problem I call them and they help us right away! Best of the best!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. The person I dealt with is rude, condescending and could care less about the quality of life of the residents. If I could, I would give them minus 5 stars.

Association Advisors of Freehold was found to be unresponsive to the homeowner needs. They consistently paid our bills late causing us to pay late fees and fines. This also caused our complex in Matawan to have tax sale issues with the town resulting in a tax certificate. Our DCA problems were so unresponsive that we had significant fines and penalties. Our list of problems was so long that they were replaced with another company.

I am in total agreement with Dave G. An yes Cutolo law firm referred AA to our association too. My experience has been that they spend more time defending the poor performance of Association Advisors than helping the unit owners who pay their salary. We are in the process of transition and I have asked where their experience comes from and what associations they have been successful with and I never get a reply.

I would agree with Dave G, Association Advisors does not bring a community together, but they do just the opposite. Association Advisors and Cutolo Law Firm has created such a divide that our building will not have to spend thousands in lawsuits. Obviously it is NOT the building that benefits in any way.........so sad.

They were priced similar to other Management companies but the performance was totally unacceptable. They caused much dissension among the Board members and homeowners. Letters were sent out publicly criticizing individuals causing owners to fight among themselves. In the mean time the property was neglected and sales dropped. They finally were replaced.
