Grew up loving pizza here, but the service I received when I was pregnant was revolting. My husband went in for the pizza, and after we had left I looked in the box, not only was the pizza burnt, it was almost entirely black on both sides! So we went back. The woman who made it (whom claimed to be the owner of Napoleta's) justified it being so black by saying it was fresh dough crust, that didn't however cover why the cheese was black as well. She said she could make me a new pizza, but if I wanted it to be lighter then it would be raw, she kept saying over and over "If you want raw pizza you can have it". I had never received such terrible treatment (or such terrible pizza for that matter) from the man who was always there when I had eaten there before. When I was finally fed up with how I was being treated I asked for my money back instead of waiting for the raw pizza she promised. She told me to go to dominoes then, which we did (and domino's pizza wasn't burnt at all). I will never go back to Napoleta's!
