I would highly recommend that you stay away from this company and don't believe anything they try to tell you. They are untrustworthy and crooks! ! I must advise you to shop around and consult with other builder's before you settle with these jokers. Dont waste your time listening to their false stories and promises, please do your reseach!! If you read their one-sided contract and they tell you misleading information run away fast and don't sign anything!!! Don't make the same mistake I did, unfortunately I allowed these clowns to play games with my hard working money!!!!
