I lived in Frederick for about 2 and a half years. For the time I lived in Frederick, starting several years ago, I was extremely pleased with the wonderful selection, wonderful items, wonderful items, cool retro items and deals on retro machines and audio tapes etc, and wonderful service. There is pretty much always at least two employees working in the store, and usually three. Every time I asked a question about a product or needed help with a product there, they were always willing to answer my questions to my complete satisfaction and help me.I remember getting an amazing cassette, turntable, and radio system for 15 dollars. You can't beat that. I then remember getting huge speaker wire type speakers for this machine for only ten dollars. They sounded amazing and the sound could get super loud and carry across a big townhome! I also remember getting a wooden turntable, radio, and CD system for 20 dollars in good condition that worked wonderfully for a couple of years. Amazing deal! Everything is tested to work in the store, so everything works. They have very high standards for trade-ins and give you a decent amount for trade-ins (I got about 30 dollars for an old PSP 1000 (the very original PSP).They also have retro and modern videogames, video game systems, video game controllers, tons of records, a decent selection of cassettes, tons of CDs and DVDs, and even some VHS tapes. You can buy VHS tapes and records as cheap as 25 cents, and some cassettes, even new ones, for as cheap as 10 cents.I remember when I first walked into the store I bought about 60 records for around 20 dollars, spending about 25 cents for each record, every one in good condition.I don't live in Frederick now, but boy, I wish I did so I could go back here! It used to be my weekly spot to go to whenever I got my allowance. I plan on moving to Frederick in the near future and will certainly do business here again if I do.
