Located in Frederick, Md., Frederick County Special Education is a specially designed instructional program for students with disabilities. It includes language pathology, occupational and physical therapies services. The program includes instruction in career, technology and physical education. Frederick County Special Education is operated by Frederick County Public Schools, which governs various elementary, middle and high schools.
