Frederick City General Information is a division of the Public Information Office. The division offers information regarding various programs and services to residents. It provides guidance to families, businesses, senior citizens and individuals with disabilities regarding emergency response. Frederick City General Information conducts a special collections program for residents who have a large amount of material to dispose. It supports a recreation commission's program information survey and a capital improvement program. The division administers a leadership academy that is an inaugural program designed to involve residents in the neighborhood advisory council and civic and business associations. Frederick City General Information maintains its office in Frederick, Md.
