Dorsey's Towing

Dorsey's damaged my vehicle while towing it and claims zero liability for ripping the driver side mirror off!! Horrible customer service and the owner is extremely rude! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! I'd give no stars if it would let me.

Price gougers!

My car broke down a half mile from my home when i was driving to the shop to have a bad part replaced. I had to leave the car there off the side of a country road overnight until a different towing company was scheduled to get to it. The next morning the police came to take my car to a lot for blocking a road for more than 24 hours (it had only been 18 and it was off the road) Dorsey's was who they brought with them to take it away. I asked how much it would cost to tow the truck to the mechanic which was 13 miles away and he told me it would be in the neighborhood of $250 - $300. I asked how much if he could just tow it the half mile back to my house and he charged me $150!!! That's outrageous for a quarter mile. The worst part is that the driver said he was giving me a "special discount" since it was police related bussiness. I also had to watch and wince as they essentially scraped my truck off of their flatbed like a turd off a boot. Do yourself a favor and call someone else. Save the money and the damage to your vehicle.
