NHC Place at Cool Springs, founded in 2004, is a senior care community in Franklin, Tenn. It is owned and operated by NHC/Cool Springs, and comprises an assisted living and a multispecialty health center. Its assisted living facility provides amenities, such as choice of four floor plans, emergency response system and individually controlled central heating and cooling in each apartment, restaurant-style dining room, recreation and hobby center, and media room featuring television and movies. The center s orthopedic rehabilitation wing provides customized physical and occupational therapy, community re-entry program with predischarge home visit, licensed nursing coverage, and inpatient and outpatient care. NHC Place at Cool Springs s long-term care wing offers assistance with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, meals, incontinence care, transfers and managing medication.
