        BEWARE: If you are getting Botox injections for headaches be aware that you will have to pay your normal drug co-pay for Botox. We were not told this up front and we got a bill from our Home Delivery Pharmacy for $223.15. This was ordered by the doctor and delivered to the doctor's office by our HDP. Keep in mind that this was for migraine headaches and was medically necessary
