Cheryl's Flowers & Gifts

Needed to send flowers to Franklin, TN this morning and took a quick look at YP to find a good florist in the area.



Based upon the outstanding 5-star reviews below, I checked out the Cheryl's Flowers & Gifts website. Though I was not wowed by the website, I called and spoke directly with Cheryl. In about five minutes flat I explained the reason for sending flowers, what we wanted, the price point, etc.



As promised, Cheryl sent a photo of the finished floral arrangement and it was very nice.



I will be sure to give Cheryl a call the next time I need any flowers delivered in the area...

I never write reviews but I have to make an exception. I needed a gift for my daughter who lives in Franklin and just happened to call the florist with the best customer service ever!!! She went out of the way to get exactly what I wanted. Cheryl sent me pics of several arrangements until I found the perfect one. My daughter loved it. If she does not have it she will try to find it for you. Honesty, Quality, Kindness and a sound sense of Customer service will bring me back to her again and again.
