Save-A-Lot Tree Service

This company preys on people in their time of need. After a wind storm they came to our home and gave us an estimate (recommended by a new neighbor). Because it was an emergency we went with them. After working less than 3 hours they asked for partial payment. They gave my husband several excuses and my husband unfortunately gave them some money. They said they would return in an hour to finish but did not. A couple of "employees" returned to retrieve their saws and they then told my husband they would be back in the morning between 11 & 12. Day two, they did not show up. They never called to say they would be late and in fact we had to constantly try to contact them. When we finally reached them they said they would be here around 7pm. My husband waited until almost 9pm for them. So on day two they still never came and we still had the tree on our structure. Day three, my husband finally got a hold of the supposed owner and he reassured my husband that he would come around 5pm if not earlier. He never showed. So the tree is still on the structure and we're out money. They are con artists, stay away from them, don't trust anything that they say. They didn't even have their own ladders or a bucket truck. They didn't seem to know what they're doing. BEWARE!!!

very good service and exceptional clean up. Work done very well and in a good timely manner. Was a full service tree service and has very good tree care programs at very affordable prices. we were very pleased and reccomend them to any one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
