I was having computer problems hooking up the Scan function with my new HP Multifunction Laserjet Printer. I called JMOR. The gentleman who came, John, was very professional and efficient. I explained my problem and he quickly rectified it.

I would call JMOR again and would recommend him to family and friends that are having computer problems.

I just got back from the wireless phone store and after that my computer didn't work anymore and we called The JMOR Connection, Inc on a Sunday and they had someone at my home the next day to fix it whether I had a complete disaster like this or when I first called them and just needed some help with a computer question they were always there to provide friendly professional computer help.

Also have used them to keep my computer and mobile device updated and in tiptop shape. Recently, I lost Internet at my home and called them to discover my over 10-year-old wireless router had flaked and they advised me on three different models and gave me a choice of which one I would prefer. The next day someone came back out and configured my new router not by plugging it in and walking away but making sure my security on the Wi-Fi was really set up. I didn't even know that I had to be concerned about this and had learned a lot about wireless before they left as they had a new router installed that was working much faster than the other one abd my cell phone now connects to it easily and quickly.

My hardware was down and the Tech not only figured out the problems within a short period of time, but went beyond what he had to do to get me back up and operating. We came into the office the other day and our computers were so slow all of a sudden. Then we got a message saying my computer was infected. I had gotten this Company's Information in the mail the other day and deiced to call them. Staff was very friendly and helped me setup an appointment for the next day. They were great; I ill be using them again and would refer them to family and friends.
