The Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives administrative services division provides administrative support. It offers supports to the programs of the department in the areas of fiscal, grants, contracts, facilities management, information technology, telecommunications and shipping. The agency s field services division offers support to public libraries to provide library services to the citizens of Kentucky. Located in Frankfort, Ky., it is a part of the Education and Workforce Development Cabinet.
