Don New is a lady charmer and scam an elderly woman out of $6,000.00 with a faulty system. First call about the faulty system Don New blames the old house wiring system and yet charges another fee. Don New just forgot to tighten the wire. First time I met him, Don New said, "Stay out of my way I know what I'm doing." So Don New doesn't like being watched. After the heat come on then goes off the heat blows cold air for as least five minutes before getting warm. Faulty system! Faulty installer!
