We digitally plan your full arch dental implant case for precision, using computer-generated implant guides to map the exact placement of each dental implant, strategically avoiding nerves and considering your complete health. During your second visit, we’ll easily perform any tooth extractions necessary or restore your jaw with bone grafts to prepare you for the full arch dental implant surgery. In some cases, we can extract teeth and place your RECLAIM full arch dental implants on the very same day. Our doctors typically place four to six dental implants into your jaw that will securely hold a full arch bridge. Your general dentist will then fit you with your final fixed bridge for a permanent, long-term smile.

Endodontics

Root Canal Treatment
This additional surgical procedure is used when a tooth that has been treated with a root canal continues to become infected at the tip of the tooth root. If an apicoectomy is not performed, the chance of losing the tooth or a spread of infection is high. Our oral surgeons can carefully remove the infection and the tip of the tooth root, sealing it with a small filling to protect the tooth structure and prevent re-infection. Our oral surgeons have the training and experience to make this treatment as minimally invasive as possible and give your tooth the highest chance of survival.

Wear loose-fitting clothing with short sleeves or sleeves that can be rolled above the elbow.Jewelry and dentures will be removed at the time of surgery.Wear low-heeled shoes with support to assist you in walking after you recover from the anesthesia. Open-backed shoes are not recommended.

Dr. Stronczek became a Diplomate of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS) in 1994. He has also been inducted into the American and International Colleges of Dentists. Dr. Stronczek has served on the AAOMS Committee of Anesthesia for 8 years and received the ‘Committee Person of the Year’ award during his service as chairman of this committee. He has served a 2-year term as a board member of the American Dental Society of Anesthesia. Subsequently, he served on the Claims Committee for OMSNIC, the malpractice insurance company for oral surgery specialists, and began his tenure as a board member of this company in 2010. Dr. Stronczek is passionate about oral surgery and education. He is presently the director of the Fort Study Club, a local group of dentists committed to providing the best comprehensive dentistry possible while remaining on the cutting edge of technology and patient care. Dr. Stronczek is also a member of the Kids First Craniofacial Team in Fort Wayne working directly with children born with oral and facial defects.

Dr. Diepenbrock attended dental school at The Ohio State University, where he was awarded a Health Profession scholarship sponsored by the United States Air Force. He was selected by his peers to represent The Ohio State University as a student delegate to the Ohio Dental Association. Additionally, he was recognized for his outstanding patient interaction and management skills. After Dental School, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and practiced as a general dentist for three years prior to beginning a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
