Carriage Place Homes was founded in 1983 by Ron Godfrey. Jeff Godfrey, current President and Builder, is a second generation custom builder.Carriage Place Homes' Bridle Homes Series specializes in custom and semi-custom quality affordable homes in all price ranges. Jeff prides himself in continuing to maintain the quality of craftsmanship and construction detail that was the original objective when he joined the company late in 1983.If you're looking for a builder who is hands-on and stays involved in every part of the process, then Carriage Place Homes is the right builder for you.With each custom home, Jeff continues a habit he developed early on in the business- paying close attention to lot selection and building design, on site management, supervision of sub-contractors and suppliers, and most importantly- guiding every home owner through every detail of the building process.Carriage Place Homes continues to grow and build its custom home business by referrals.
