        Cute Bakery

        Zakes is primarily known as a dessert place, but it's actually a great cafe for breakfast and lunch. (It's open for dinner, but it's a bit overpriced for dinner.) The ambiance is warm, the food is light and delicious, and the staff is friendly. Understandably, the service can suffer a bit when it gets busy, but usually it is top-notch. My obligatory dessert recommendations are strawberry shortcake (great icing) and fruit tart.
