Huey In Home Repair Service

We bought the service plan with Sears, and when our refrigerator broke, they sent this service provider. He claimed he couldn't fix the fridge, because it was marginally working again by the time he arrived, but he said if it broke again, to call him directly and he'd be right back over. What a load of BS! It broke again today, he said he'd be back between 2:30 and 3:00, but he's not answering messages. He also falsely told Sears the issue had been "resolved." He charged us $75 for this!
