        Friendly High School provides educational and instructional programs to students in grades nine through 12. Located in Fort Washington, Md., the school has art, television production, special education, foreign language, and health and physical education departments. It also offers classes in English, social studies, family consumer science, speech therapy, mathematics and science. The school employs guidance counselors, naval science instructors, building support personnel, instructional media assistants, and testing and instructional coordinators. It has a parent-teacher association that organizes various fundraising events and extracurricular activities. Friendly High School is a part of Prince George s County Public Schools, which also operates various elementary, middle, high and charter schools.
