        RUINED!!!

        We are new to town and were looking for a dry cleaners. After reading reviews online my wife decided on FWB Total Laundry Services. Upon her arrival, my wife encountered a very rude young lady that was not at all helpful and ended up charging us for 17 items when we only dropped off 13. When I went in to pick up the dry cleaning I discovered our faux mink throw was ruined because they laundered it instead of dry cleaning it. I left the throw and contacted Management, they said they would look into it and get back to me and never did. My next step will be to lodge a complaint with the BBB.
