Bought Royale 4 seven months ago,engine making noise,wont shift out of low range,zero help from EV RIDER,they could care less

I would not buy from these people every again. I tried to get service and they did not have and could not get the parts. My scooter is only 3 months old. I would pay for the part it is not a warranty. They were SO NICE when i spent several thousand dollars. Now they ignore calls about the repair. My neighbor bought one like mine and the motor is making a funny sound after 4 months and the main headquarters in Fort Myers won't even look at it. They tell him to recharge the scooter. it is not the battery it is the motor box making noise. It is very frustrating when they don't speak any english. But more frustrating when they hangup on you. I would have to say NO TO BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN.
