**Scammers** I have a 5 year maintenance contract with them (paid in advance). Technician hasn't been at my home for more than a year even though the contract states that 2 services a year are included. The technician doesn't flush the line nor replaces freon and wants to charge for it even though it is stated on the contract. They only want to sell you services that you do not need and over priced. Technician arrives at 7:30pm at night even though the appointment was from 3 to 5pm. Technician calls his boss and over the phone told me he is canceling the contract when I only read to him whats included in the contract and tells me there is no need to call the office in the morning since the contract is canceled. BEWARE.

USA Air Conditioning Services, LLC is composed of a group of scammers and criminals who are stealing from honest Americans. It a shame that they continue operating as a legal entity. They ordered an A/C unit for us within the last six months, and this is the third they have come to the house to fix the unit. The second time they sent a technician, he asked us $2200 to clean the vents. The second technician came in yesterday and could not repair; we are still sleeping in the heat. I have been calling the company since 8:00 AM and have made five telephone calls, no one has gotten to me. During my last telephone call, the asked me to pay $175, which I refused to pay. the receptionist hanged up the phone on me; I have called several times after, she hanged up the phone. This company should never continue to operate.

Do not use this company. I had them install a brand new AC unit and within 2 months the unit was leaking. They have ben to my house multiple times during the first year to fix it, but problem continued. Instead each time they came, they conned me into buying services like maintenance, UV lights, deodorizer, filters all over priced I found out later. After the one year warranty was over, problem continued and they charged me hundreds of dollars to try to fix same leak that was never properly fixed while unit was under 100% warranty for part and labor. They even charged me for parts which I found out were under 10 year warranty. It wasn't until one of their workers who felt sorry for me contacted me to inform me that this company intention is never to fix a problem while the service is under warranty. He told me that in fact the company introduces those low fees cleaning of ducts as a way to enter your home and create problems and scares you into believing your AC has major problems that will get worse if you don't fix it right away. They send two workers at a time. One worker job is to go mess around in your unit while the other one distracts you and tries to sell you unnecessary services .I showed this one worker all the tons of receipts from their technicians coming out and money I paid for same problem that is not fixed. I was nearly on the verge of tears when they told me it was going to cost another $1100 to fix the issue when I just paid them $575 barely 2 months before. This one technician was not able to speak to me in the presence of the other technician, but contacted me later and informed me not to spend another penny with this company and that this company has had many lawsuits filed against them. I am in process of filing a lawsuit as well and I have tons of receipts to support my claims. And by the way, I wrote them 3 times in an effort to resolve issue, they never responded to any of my letters. I have never written a review before, but this time I felt it was necessary to try to at least save some people from losing their hard earn money. Don't say you were not warned. Don't use this company. I would have given them a zero rating, but zero was not one of the options

Sam, the technician who provided our service today was professional. He cleaned out our air ducts and even cleared the dryer vent which had been painted shut! He also provided great recommendations to further clean the air in our home. We plan to use this company to complete these tasks in the future!

Shane did an excellent job and was very friendly, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He installed a new AC condenser pump. He explained everything he was doing. Also explained how it worked and what I had to do to keep it clean. Did a great job on full service of the AC also. Thank you Shane

A very bad scam operation, especially for senior citizens. I called for duct cleaning because of a newspaper special. Aggressive salesman came to my home and immediately took apart the face of the air conditioner and told us we have health issues with mold and mildew. Cleaning was not possible, only expensive sanitizer, UV lighting and special filter would work. In minutes the salesman introduced a few ounces of a sweet-smelling liquid. installed a magnetized UV light and gave me a bill for $1,490 demanding instant payment. I paid and he left. I called another air conditioning company to learn that USA Air Conditioning has a reputation for scamming people with this same technique. The other air conditioning company told me that I was scammed for at least $1,000 . . . and the charge above the scam, a so-called "service contract for 6 more visits . . . I immediately canceled. I'm now seeing legal help through the Dept. of Elder Affairs. I spoke to the Dept. of Consumer Affairs

No way, do not use them you will be sorry. $40.00 coupon is a scam, they did nothing but use their vacuum on one vent outlet and tried convincing me I needed expensive work done instead. Any positive reviews are suspect.

They are THIEVES stay away!!! They sell you one one of their cleaning packages and once they are in your house they make up all sorts of things about your A/C

I had this company clean and vacuum the vents in my house and my dryer duct. They showed up when they promised and did a great on. There was no "surprises" on the bill. I paid exactly what I was quoted over the phone.

I have to say their cleaning services were phenomenal. I could not have asked for a better recommendation. They did a great job and they came when i needed them.

They will definitely take care of you. USA Air Duct Cleaners has always given excellent service to me and everyone I know. Without them I'd be breathing in the bad air in my vents.

I DECIDED TO CLEAN MY A/C"S AIR DUCTS BECAUSE i HAVE NEWBORN TWINS. I RECEIVED A COUPON IN THE VALUPAK FOR $25. THIS SERVICE JUST BASICALY HOOKS UP A POWERFUL VACUUM TO A VENT A SUCKS OUT THE LOOSE DEBRIS. wE OPTED FOR THE SERVICE WITH THE ROTO-BRUSH FOR A MORE THURO CLEANING. WHAT WE GOT WAS A DUSTY HOUSE, SICK BABIES, AND TWO HOT ROOMS. THEY LOSSENED TWO DUCTS SO THERE IS VERY LITTLE AIR. I CONFIRMED THIS WHEN I OPENED THE ATTIC AND IT WAS COLDER UP THERE THAN IT WAS IN THE HOUSE. I DUSTED THE HOUSE ONCE THE SERVICE WAS DONE NEVERTHELESS TWO DAYS LATER THERE WAS DUST EVERYWHERE. MY BABIES WAKE UP AT LEAST TWICE AT NIGHT BECAUSE THEY CAN'T BREATHE. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY SENT THE SAME GUYS OUT. THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER CHECKING THE DUCTS IN THE ATTIC. THEY TOLD ME THAT I WAS GOING TO HAVE LOOSE DIRT FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS AND TO CALL THEM IF THE DUST WAS STILL COMING OUT. NOW MY BABIES ARE SICK, MY SON AND DAUGHTER'S ROOMS ARE HOT, AND STILL NO RETURN CALL.
