My visit was fast friendly and perfectly good performance clean nice and more the lest good people to deal with

Worst experience in the world. They make you sit around thinking and telling you that they will make you leave with a car. Then ever other 15 minutes they tell you that you need more money then they say you need another cosigner then they make you sit and they tell you that there Boss is still working on your case but that there is 4 invisible customers that are in front of you so it's going to be about 10-15 minutes which then turns into 2 hours waiting on some more bad results smh ended up leaving the second day without a car or good news or any hopes of getting any info on what may get done. Mind you he lied to me to get me to come in so I could just be in there presence. Smh worst place to deal with. TRUST ME!!!

This review is the most productive business I've done since dealing with Motorhouse.



Told a salesman I was "Desperate for a car". Verbatim. That I haven't been driving in week's, how much I wanted a car on his lot.



I'm basically throwing money at this guy



He tells me even though they were advertising for the car I wanted on Autotrader, the car hasn't finished being detailed, and hasn't reached there lot yet



Cool. Totally fine with that.



I asked this guy when will the car reach the lot. He doesn't know. I call this guy for a week straight asking when the car will be on the lot. He doesn't know. Doesn't up sell me, doesn't put me in touch with someone who might know, nothing.



Finally I called in demanding for a sales manager, which I don't get. This guy who describes himself as a "middle man" tells me that car will out of detail and in the lot on Monday



Cool. Totally fine with that.



Monday I call my sales rep to see where my car is. And he tells me they sent it back to auction because of a lean on the title



ARE YOU SERIOUS?!!??



I don't know weather to keep ripping this turd, or apply for a job. Because the way this dude throws away free money, he must be banking over there.



PS- still havent reached a sales manager
