Their business is family owned and operated, all the production is done locally in their warehouse, mostly by their Son's. These Fences are build to last not a cheap knock off made in China, their customer service is impeccable! Whatever you do, DO NOT buy fences from these people. I had a fence installed about a year ago and it was great, until I needed some repairs done. The representative that showed up to do the repairs was rude and unfriendly (part of me thinks he might have even been drunk because he was slurring and hard to understand). I had spoken with them to come the day before, but he showed up a day late and not until the late afternoon. We spoke briefly about the section of fence that was to be repaired and I went back inside. I was on my way out the door when I saw that he was relieving himself in the bushes outside my house!! The repairs still aren't done and several calls to the business have gone unanswered. I am ready to have the whole fence taken out and redone by a more upstanding and reputable competitor. Lord knows there are plenty of them out there.
