I went in looking for new tires for my Jeep. My old tires were badly cupping, causing a lot of vibration, and getting low on tread.



I had a lot of questions when I came in. Harley and Chad took the time to answer all the stupid questions I had and looked up some tires for me. They also explained their warranty which is an amazing deal!



I looked at some other tire places, but settled on M & O because my friends go there and told me good things about the place.



I went in and ordered my tires on a Wednesday afternoon. Mike was able to get me a better deal on a better tire. My tires came in the next day. I came in at 5pm and there were a few other people in line ahead of me to get their cars worked on. It still took less than an hours wait and I was on the road.



I tested out the tires and LOVE them. I'm getting better gas mileage, no more vibration issue from cupping tires, and these tires are so quiet! Thanks M & O!

After finding a screw in my tire I came in due to it being the closest place near me. After waiting 45 min to just have them look at my tire they tell me I need 2 new tires if not 4. Then 20 min after that they tell me I need new breaks as well and try to talk me into it. So almost 2 hours later I'm still waiting with my 7 month old daughter for a replacement tire. This is the worst service. Normally we go on N College to Big Deal Tire & Wheel and we never get a run around and never get up sold for more work. Now that's a HONEST tire repair shop.

DO NOT GO HERE! The Store Manager, Ray, is an awful customer service representative and he does not take care of his clientele. He is unprofessional, disrespectful and dishonest. Plus, he doesn't provide the items that are paid for in advance. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Ray has also been disrespectful to members of our armed forces, and M & O Tires deserves to be out of business for their actions.
