3 words: Fair Credit Act. One of their employees claimed to know nothing about this FEDERALLY MANDATED act. They violated it and are being reported to the Colorado Attorney General's office for their slippery collection methods. An ethical company would steer clear of BAS unless you want to be associated with less than savory business practices. Beware.
