I have a serious fear about one rodent in particular, to the point that it's difficult to talk about - Jalani and Shane were totally respectful of my need to not name this rodent while also being super detailed about how all the prevention measures they were putting in place. Even speaking with Zach on the phone, he was also understanding and careful with speaking about my fear, and they were all very patient and detail oriented in answering all my questions and concerns.

They were all very professional yet personable, and when their services were complete I felt super relieved and assured that my home would be protected.

He went over previous bug issues that were in the notes, let me know everything he would be covering today, asked if we had any questions, and even came back up to the door to let me know he had to go into the crawl space of our home so we wouldn't be startled by the noise!

Shout out to Jake M for treating my house in perfect performance. On the initial treatment, he carefully and professionally went through all the details on the things to be done, politely ask for any permission to enter rooms and treat the spots with attention to detail. No rushing, and very attentive. When I forgot to show a room, he did come back to the van and grab the spray with positive attitude. Excellent service so far, would recommend ClearDefense to friends and family in Nashville.
