Nice staff, easy to reach by phone, arrived on time, and completed the job. The owner, Steve offered $99 ($107 with tax) for a gutter cleaning that other roofers charge $120. The company also resolved a problem that arose during the job. The gutter cleaning crew claimed additional charges would be required to clear the downspout. However, I watched the entire job and saw no additional work was required beyond any prior gutter cleaning. After the job, I called the owner and explained exactly what I saw. He apologized and refunded the entire job, preferring to set things right and keep a customer.
