The only reason I can't say buyers remorse about doing business with them is that I was renting.

While I was living there I learned these people were clearly slum lords and scum bags. They are slow to make repairs, in one case a plumbing issue was left without fixing for months, yes plural despite my bringing it to the managers attention repeatedly times in that time, and they clearly didn't bother cleaning (the oven among other things) before I moved in my apartment had next to no weather striping on the door, and this was the tip of the ice burg. Never mind that anyone who says that one washer and one dryer that are no bigger than you'll find in a standard single family home qualifies as onsite laundry for 14 units, meaning 14 households worth of people, ought to be put out of business, or called fraudulent, more like onsite supplemental or emergency (assuming you can confine it to between 7am and 10 pm) laundry, but for that many people that shouldn't even qualify. Never mind the shabby state the paint job was in, and that was just my place, but they had no problem getting right on it when I brought up an issue that was medically needed to get the place fixed special (in a way that just happened to result in a permanent improvement to the property) to accommodate dealing with and I had to get charitable funding to pay for that to even get done.

The manager said she'd contact me to schedule other things & never did, the handy man said he'd get things done on the exterior which required no scheduling just getting it done, and I saw him not get those things done both for me and other tenants on the property who brought other things to his attention.

Bottom line: If I could give them negative stars I would. Take your business else where.
