I have lived here for over 5 years and within the year they have recently changed people running the office who by far have been the worst (the only exception is Mary). They wouldn’t help you if your life depended on it. My Maintenance problem (air conditioning) has not been fixed over Two Months and I am on the 2nd floor in 90 Degree weather.



They continue to give me some lame excuses as to why it’s taking so long and all I need is Freon? They haven’t been able to get me this request for this long is ridiculous! They didn’t even offer me fans or nothing and even the assistant in the office her air is out and they haven’t fixed her air yet either for Months! That’s sad! If they aren’t taking care of the assistant in the office then you know they won’t care about you or fix anything for you. They finally directed me to corporate because the Main girl in the office Ynez has ran out of excuses for me. The corporate person her name is Sophia and she has not contacted me back at all. I try calling her and they screen her calls and when they finally decided to give me her number she(Sophia) went on vacation. What good is that for me? SUPER FRUSTRATING!



This use to be a really nice community but the new lenders are letting anybody into these units and this area is going downhill now. I would not recommend this place to friend or family. They take forever to fix your problems. You have to call them out multiple times before it gets fixed. The pool has never been up or ready and you pay for that as part of your rental. They have tow trucks come around just to see if your parked wrong or sticking out of your parking stall just so they can tow you and they didn’t even notify tenants cause they said they didn’t have to? What kind of courtesy is that to your tenants? Overall very dissatisfied with these rentals.
