HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH Sue Carcione!!! Don't ever try her!!My mom just had shoulder surgery and went to get her hair washed and cut so she will be able to maintain it since she can't move her arm/shoulder. SUE CARCIONE treated her like she had a disease or something and she was holding her hair with a disgusted look on her face. There was nothing wrong with my mom's hair; it was just too long for her to comb and she just had the surgery (the only person with my mom right now since i am away is my brother who is a 100% disabled veteran who can't care for himself let alone my mom.) OF COURSE, my mom's feelings were deeply hurt and she was going to cry because of how Sue was treating her so she told her to stop and wanted to get out of there. My brother then convinced her to just have someone else at the salon do it since they didn't have any other option for now and couldn't go anywhere else. SUE didn't even apologize for the way she treated my mom after what she had done!!!SUE CARCIONE, you should seriously learn how to treat PEOPLE before you learn how to cut their hair!!! You saw that she just had her surgery and was in pain and YOU chose to disrespect her instead of trying to DO YOUR JOB and help her out!!Update: They went back the next day to talk to the manager and let her know what happened. The manager said she was sorry and offered mom two hair washes for free, but they will never go back to this place again! Employees should be held responsible for their actions!
