It was an absolute nightmare from the start. First off the technician seemed limited in knowledge at best because he was revving the he'll out of my engine repeatedly after my oil change. Revving an engine at high rpm causes premature wear on the winging and can cause piston scaring from valves colliding during the compression stoke. Then he proceeded to stereotype me calling me a white supremacist because I have a skull tattoo on my leg. I've never heard or experienced such unprofessional behavior before st any buisness. I was in the waiting area and verbal threats were made, saying, "if he comes out here with an attitude for the way I'm treating him I'm gonna punch him in the face and the he proceeded to ask his coworker for back up. As I listed to the conversation further the employees even were suggesting that they should set me up and call the police on me for terrorist threats, and we're searching through my car as if I'm some sort of gang banger. It pissed me off but at the same time it was comical. I'll never step foot into another jiffy lube again.

I took my husband's car in on Saturday to get an oil changed. I was promptly greeted and even though it was pouring ran he stood out in it while I gathered my stuff and escorted me to the office. I was offered water, coffee and reading materials. When it was my turn they explained their different products and reviewed the recommendations for my car. When the work was done they explained what they did and recommendations for the future. Very satisfied and will go back again.
