All of the instructors that teach class at CFF are certified, have their CPR/First Certificates, and are experienced. We teach safe, effective classes that makes us number one. Come out and try all of our classes to see just what we are talking about. * Cindy Petri (owner) Zumba * Zumba Gold * Zumba Toning * Cinful Fitness * Silver Sneaker Instructor Cindy has 4 years of experience in teaching Zumba. She also has many other certifications that she has taken like NETA which is a group exercise certification. She will bring to you a safe, and an effective workout no matter what class you take from her. She has the passion and the energy to make CFF work! This is a dream come true of hers and she wants to share it with the local communities! Cindy also works at a pet resort where she takes care of dogs and cats. She also owns 2 dogs and 4 cats that are all rescues. Her husband, Travis, has supported her with opening CFF. He designed the place and built it by hand with some help of family and friends.
