When AAA finally contacted someone, fortunately it was this company! Can't say much for the AAA dispatch, but this company was super nice & very friendly. Highly recommend

Can't tell you about service I didn't receive because the technician sent to me by AAA an hour and a half previous never showed! 30 minutes after he should've gotten to me I finally called AAA who tried to call them and got no answer. They had to reissue the service call for me to wait another hour for someone else to come. I kept trying to call in case the first technician was so close but never did get any response. My directive were clear down to the store parking lot and even the parking space I was in so there was no confusion there. Just didn't show.
