State Taxi

He is good, his car is not one of the best car type, but he keep it clean and there is screen that separate the driver from the client/customer. He doesn't talk too much, he take the best short cut. The few times he talked to ask me for information he was nice and polite. I had other drivers from state taxi but from all of them Ricco's cab is the best. And the people I had before they was High or hitting on me, but he was so good. I reccomand him, always do. I put 3 star cause the company is not good but i give 5stars to Ricco's Cab Service.

tonight i was pulling in to my house when a state taxi was in the middle of the road when i went to ask her to pull into the fare's drive she said f-u i got a gun and aint afraid to use it!!!!!!WOW talk about representing your bus. TOP NOTCH I hope any person that reads this and the other bad reveiws pass it along to everyone!!!!! I wouldn't give them a -1STAR RATING

This company does not have meters in their cars they just charge whatever they feel like when you get there. they have no way of writing a receipt for people that get reimbursed for their cab rides. The big fat slob trainer in the passenger seat got nasty with me when I ask for a receipt and told me I should have told dispatch I needed a receipt when I called. Seems to be an illegitimate business with no record-keeping for taxes. I will be notifying the city to see if this company has a license and also the IRS I think somebody needs to be audited. Anyone using this company and file is filing a review of this company should make sure they notify the city for the business practices this company uses. If they are still in business when the IRS gets done auditing them. The rating scale should have a -1 to -10 because that's what I give them

Wow after reading the other reviews I see our bad experience was not the first! We were in town for a race at Darlington race track, a long story short the driver was unreachable for the pick up and when we did get someone to get us he charged twice as much as agreed on..These guys should not be able to be in business. I would give them a negative 2 stars, they are jerks.i only gave a star to get this review on here as I'm sure was the case for the rest or the people on here.

#62 nasty and rude... been in his cab two minutes and told him to turn around I'll never pay a taxi driver that rude #62

Horrible service. I was picked up by #42, some bald heavy set black guy. He was extremely rude. I'm not sure if he was trying to show off in front of his child that was riding in the front seat or what. As I was walking to the taxi he started yelling out the window about how he was gonna leave me and he's counting down. Then he speeds off like a bat out of hell. He's constantly getting under cars that are slowing down and almost hits one of them. Driving through neighborhoods, and you could tell he was going well over the speed limit. When he finally gets to my street he's going so fast he missed my house. And does not try to back up or anything at my house. When I get out the car he immediately yells at me saying "you gonna close the door or not". Completely unprofessional.

terrible service and very unprofessional. especially for people out of town. at times they do not have any cars available, drivers are creeps/ convicted felons. arrive late and at times, have car full and expect you to ride all over town to drop off and pick up other people, even have the nerve to ask you to hold a stranger's child! does not even deserve one star

Granted, I am from up north, but I have never had so hard a time getting a taxi in my entire life. I had to call 3 times and had to hear the 2 dispatchers in yhe background complaining about how bad their bellies hurt and they'd have to "get on up outta here". Also, I was hung up on twice. It shouldn't have to be so hard! And to hear a taxi service say, "we can't promise you a taxi"?!? What is that?!? That's like saying Foot Locker can't promise they will have shoes today. There was no, "sorry ma'am it may be awhile, you might want to call around"...so needless to say it was a pretty frustrating experience.
