My complaint is similar to the other review, so I guess this is a common problem and not just a one-time incident. This is a fun place to go on a date or with your family, but almost every staff member is completely unpleasant to be around. They have bad attitudes and seem to be annoyed that customers must interact with them.
I will say that the young blonde girl in the mini-golf booth the night we went was very nice, but every other employee was rude and unfriendly. I'm not sure why this is such an issue with almost the entire staff, other than that management tolerates that type of behavior, and the employees hate their jobs (which is fine, just don't take it out on the customers!).
Me and my friend decided we would go up to World of Sports and get a fun game of nine holes in. We arrived at 6:30 PM we everything was fine until we got to the last hole. When we got to hole 8 the was a very rude black man on a golf cart riding around we were on hole 8 the man decided to come and talk to us even though there was no reason. We are no where close to being pro or even intermediate golf players this was only my third or forth time ever playing. The man asked us what hole we were on and we politely told him we we're on hole 8 but over shot. The man didn't seem to care and drove off. On hole 9 we were about two or three strokes in when the man came and pestered us again. He asked us how many balls we had shot and we told him only one we were the only two people on the front nine. He then asked us what we were doing on the 17th hole when we had not even came close to hole 17. He then told us very very rudely that we were taking too long and needed to get off the course as soon as we could. I then found the man again and asked for his name and to see the manager. The manager was even more rude than the black man. She told us that we shouldn't have taken more than 30 minutes our game ended at 7:40 PM. She then blamed me for everything and said that I did not know how to play and shouldn't even be on a golf course. I was very offended and feel very disrespected, I will not be returning and will not refer anyone to go there. Customers are what run your business if you don't respect them what kind of business are you running? I think the remodeling was and is the biggest waste of my tax dollars that course should be shut down or given proper management.
