        Good Service, everything went as planned, good savings.
        I booked over the phone, they were friendly and nice. It is a great alternative to the exorbitant onsite airport parking.

        Extremely rude over the phone when attempting to rebook reservations that were due to their own error. The parking lot ended up being full and they would not refund my payment or work with me to help me find an alternate location to keep my car during my stay. Lady on the phone acted like it this was all my fault and that I should have planned for this better. Terrible customer service.
