Professional Auto Collision

I can't recommend anyone going to Professional Collision. I wanted to get my hood and roof painted to spruce up my car, so it wasn't an insurance job, but paid for with my own hard-earned money. I took my car to the Fenton Road location and was treated well, but in the end three weeks later, it still wasn't done right and the hood needed to be resprayed. I talked to Greg, the owner, and he said he'd fix it at his Corunna Road shop. In the few weeks in between, two rust bubbles had come up on it. I pointed them out and he said there was nothing he could do, but he would fix the original issue. I go to pick up my car the next day and I had to wait for them to get the hood bolted on. Greg told me that they were letting it air dry because there was too much material(paint) on the car to put it in the oven to bake, and to come back in two weeks to get the hood wet sanded. That would all be well and good, except there were blemishes exactly where the rust spots had been, like they were painted by hand. That was strange because Greg had also said that they had taken the hood down to the metal... so, they not only didn't attempt to prepare the surface to repair the rust correctly, they lied. They could have either put just the hood in the oven to bake, since it was off and taken down to the metal, or it was slightly touched up and given back to me with all the previous paint, which I believe to be the case and the reason for not baking it. Be careful with what you take here and what you expect to receive.

Had them paint and install a brand new hood and Polish the car to get ready for the car show season. They never preped the hood and the paint has grey blotches in different areas. They buffed the paint off the corner of a new spoiler left wheel marks all over the car the hood was out of alignment and it appears they wiped down the car with a rag that had break cleaner or some type of chemical that left spots around the car and damaged a rim. They told my wife people aren't usually that picky

We have used Professional twice for damage to my truck. I must say they are great people and do an excellent job on repairs. He will fight for the customers and not just so what the insurance company wants.
