It is very hard to reach anyone in the early hours when the a.m. due to non-delivery when my paper is usually delivered. I really miss my early Sunday paper when it is not there. I am in a wheelchair and do not get out much. I live in Genesee Township and would appreciate an answer as to why it should ever be late, especially when I only get it on Sunday! Very poor customer service. Can't figure out why my account fell behind even though we made payments every month through our bank. Customer rep said they cancelled our account. 28 years without problems! I'd say the problem is on their end. Told them to cancel our subscription due to the discrepancy and she said, no problem, we already cancelled you. How stupid is that???
