Western Carolina Veterinary Hospital has incredible facilities and exceptional doctors and staff. I was very pleased with the visit. It's a top notch animal hospital.

Dr. Crouch (board certified) and his staff are compassionate, talented and very professional. They took care of our rescued Cocker Spaniel's ears. The ears were very always smelly and infected (not uncommon in Cockers) to the point the Cocker was nearly deaf and sedentary from living with the pain. Dr. Crouch removed both calcified ear canals, cleaned out the infection and now our Cocker is more active and obviously happier. We couldn't be happier! Dr. Crouch is also well known for his orthopedic surgery skills.

Outstanding Staff

This is the best animal clinic I've ever used. The Doctors and staff truly LOVE animals and are very compassionate when treating them. The service is outstanding. I have no doublt that they would take care of an animal regardless of the circumstances. Their follow up services prove they have an animal's best interest at heart.

Superb facility & staff

I have had pets all my life in several different states, and this is by far the best vet I've ever taken an animal to. The staff is caring, friendly and welcoming. Dr. Rosen has a true love of animals and doesn't discriminate between his care of cats or dogs. (some vets don't seem to like cats, but Dr. Rosen certainly does). The hospital isn't just an emergency room, it can also be your primary vet for routine pet care. Another great reason to use them as your primary care vets - this way they will have your pets' records already on hand in case there is an emergency. The facility is state-of-the art, but their fees are surprisingly reasonable... WAY better than the *other* ER hospital up the interstate. We are lucky and blessed to have such a great center in our area, caring for our precious family members.
