        Overall

        Dr. Chartier's has moved her office to Newport. She is an excellent doctor. She actually takes the time to explain test results. She listens to and answers every question in a straight forward manner. She does not evade questions.



        Dr. Chartier has a sunny disposition. No matter how ill I am when I see her for an appointment, it is always a pleasure to see her.
